We are the Artisanal Pasta Factory of Gargano. In our workshops, we produce both packaged Fresh Pasta and Slow-Dried Pasta using locally sourced ingredients from short supply chains.
Our small-scale production of just a few quintals per day allows us to perfectly oversee every single stage of the manufacturing process. A meticulous artisanal process, combined with careful research into our dough mixes, allows us to create an exclusive and highly appreciated pasta, in keeping with the great Italian tradition.
