Traditional pasta, which we produce according to a time-tested old homemade recipe. Their unique and delicate flavors, as well as their special texture, are due to the ingredients and the production method. The only thing that sets us apart from the traditional production method is the use of modern machines instead of old pastry boards.
Many of our products have received the “Tradition Quality” certificate, awarded to high-quality products made according to traditional recipes. The “Tradition Quality” system aims to distinguish traditional products of superior quality.
They are made from 100% semolina flour, which ensures they are soft and do not stick after cooking.
